Astrological calculation algorithms are based on public domain astronomical formulas (Jean Meeus, Astronomical Algorithms). Our implementation of these formulas is our proprietary work.
AI-generated horoscope readings are provided for your personal use. You may not commercially redistribute, publish, or resell these readings without our written permission.
Subscription Plans:
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance through PayPal and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting support@zodi.life. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be charged the new price at the next renewal after the notice period.
We offer one-time report purchases (natal chart report, compatibility report, yearly forecast, tarot deep reading, numerology report). These are non-recurring charges. Once a report is purchased and viewed, it is permanently available in your account.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscription purchases. One-time report purchases are refundable if the report has not been viewed. See our Refund Policy for full details.

You agree to indemnify and hold Cosmic Compass harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@zodi.life. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international e-commerce laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
